Lactation creation

One great thing about breastfeeding, is that you can make all sorts of goodies and refer to them as “Lactation ___s” as long as they contain some oats.

My current favorite is to throw some oats, nuts, and chocolate chips in the food processor.  Then add a bit of butter and/or coconut oil until it can be rolled into balls.  Then put in the fridge.  I have some steel cut instant maple and brown sugar oats that I’ve been including, so without that I might also add some honey or molasses.

I don’t even want to admit how many of these I have eaten just tonight.
